Our staff

We would be completely unable to provide the services we do without our dedicated staff. So here is a bit about each of them.

  • Susan robison

    Susan is in charge of all matters relating to the subdividing, transferring, buying, selling and/or financing of commercial and residential real estate. She is in charge of the preparation of sales agreements, deeds, loan documents, liquor license applications/transfers, settlement statements and the scheduling of all closings. In addition, Susan is now handling the settlement of decedent's estates. Susan has many years of experience in handling legal matters and will handle your real estate transfer or decedent's estate matters with efficiency and dispatch. 

  • teresa burge

    Teresa is a Paralegal and handles all matters related to the preparation of wills as well as the the medicaid applications for Elderlaw clients. She also handles the estates of incapacitated persons and adoptions and handles general secretarial work including deed preparation. She assists in preparing documents necessary for the formation of corporations and the registration of fictitious names and other business organization matters. Teresa also works with all guardians of estates to make sure that all legal requirements are met. 

  • elizabeth Bock

    Elizabeth is our receptionist and the person you will first speak to when arriving at or calling our office. She is the person primarily responsible for scheduling appointments and handles routine correspondence, filing and general office work as well as the preparation of powers of attorney and health care powers of attorney/living wills. She is a helpful and valued member of our staff and is ready to meet you, route your call or take your message.

  • mary r. faller

    Mary is a Paralegal who works primarily with the settlement of decedent's estates. She has been working with Attorney Kuntz for many years and has the qualifications and training to be a real asset in the office, preparing documents, handling client communications and preparing tax returns. 

  • Stephanie L. wierzchowski

    Stephanie is Attorney Valerie Kuntz's secretary but she also handles miscellaneous dictation and assists with the preparation of documents related to real estate and some estate work. She is well qualified and has worked at a number of other law firms in the past.  

  • Jennifer A. Rossi

    Jennifer is our bookkeeper and can respond to any inquiries about accounts receivable or accounts payable. She has been a member of the staff since the spring of 2019, and is always willing to assist, so if you need to speak with her, don't be shy. 


    Kim joined us in the fall of 2021 and provides support for our estate assistant and paralegal. She has many years of experience and can be counted on to provide accurate and complete information and to do her job with diligence.
